My name is Shawn Spratte and I am the Bantam-AA Head Coach
this year. This
year I am entering my 6th year of coaching in the Arapahoe Travel
Program, having coached at the Squirt, Peewee, and Bantam levels. Last season I
was the Head Coach of the Bantam-A Navy Team.
The team had a great season and ended with a 32-13-7 overall team record.
I am also the Head Coach and Coordinator of the Colorado
Titans-94 AAA Development Team, which has been together on the ice for the past
4 years during the Spring/Summer.

My coaching philosophy is to
teach in an encouraging, highly competitive, extremely challenging, and
rewarding environment – centered on teaching the fundamental skills of hockey.
It is my job to ensure that the players are growing in the areas of
sportsmanship, leadership, and character, both on and off the ice
