New Business:

- CCYHL Report:  Steve Mulligan attends meeting on the 1st Tuesday of each month.  Current issue is the midget tier teams.  There would be no major/minor teams and the season would start in August and end in November.

CHASA representative designated as liaison.  Nothing has been voted on as of yet.  It has been tabled for the next meeting in April.

- Nets:  New nets are needed for both sides of the rinks and the Booster Club was asked to match funds with South Suburban.

The issue was discussed and appreciated, however, the overall consensus was no.  The Booster Club will look into other options.

- Bantam AA:  Will be reimbursed up to $2500 for districts with receipts being provided.  The Booster Club account needs to remain at $10,000.

-  Booster Club News:

The Booster Club would like to publish a listing of various expenditures that were made this season on behalf of their travel hockey membership.  These expenditures were made possible by your player’s $35 dues to the Booster Club along with the Early Bird tournament volunteers.

*Trading Pins – bought 3000 pins in bulk for our members and distribute back to teams at no markup - $3000.00

*Coaching Certificate Fees – paid portion of the coach’s certification fees allowing our coaches to improve their skills – $140.00 (approx)

Next season we hope to be able to have Captain’s C’s and A’s bought in bulk for each team and distributed at no cost to teams (based on funds availability).

Figuring 18 players on each of the 16 teams received at least $81.56 back in benefit (not counting in the pins) from their initial contribution of $35.00 dues with the Bantam AA receiving an extra $2,500.00 benefit.  You also received a voice each month on how to direct the funds and could be a part of the Arapahoe hockey group of families.
