Arapahoe Ice Warriors Booster Club Minutes April 14, 2009   President David Kahn called the Arapahoe Ice Warriors Booster Club Meeting to order at 6:36PM on April 14, 2009. The following members were present:  Shawna Sannes, Sue Chiarmonte, David Kahn, Trish Hoffman, Rick Cohen and Lynn Wagner. The following teams were represented:  Squirt B, Squirt C-Navy, PWB, Midget Minor AA, Midget Major A. Minutes from March 10, 2009 MOTION:  Trish Hoffman made a motion to approve the March 10, 2009 minutes. Rick Cohen seconded.  All in favor, passed. Treasurer’s Report:  Sue Chiarmonte reported that the available balance as of April 14, 2009 is $ 11,022.53. Scholarship fund account balance is $3000.00. $600 reserved and to remain in the Booster Club Account for 2 years of tax returns. $400 which was a refund made in 2009 for the 2007-2008 season to MMAA will go into the Booster Club Acct along with 2 outstanding checks totaling $660 from 2007-2008 season.   Old Business: - Director of Fundraising: Someone has expressed interest - Early Bird Tournament: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED (Trish Hoffman to put list together) Date & Time TBD - Golf Tournament: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED (David Kahn to put list together) Date / Time / Location TBD New Business: Fundraising Funds:  All fundraising funds will go into the general Booster Club Account.  One tourney fee up to $975 will be reimbursed to teams who meet their volunteer criteria from all fundraisers. -CCYHL: Nothing to report. -Goalie Coach:   David Kahn to talk to Scott Smith to work out a schedule. MTG: The board would like to schedule a meeting with the ice office Tentative Dates: Th April 30 / Mon May 4 / Tu May 5 ADJOURNMENT:  Shawna Sannes moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:39pm.  Sue Chiarmonte seconded.  All in favor, passed.
